We want you to be totally comfortable with all aspects of your holiday, and that includes booking your holiday with complete peace of mind.

In the highly unlikely event of our financial failure, you will be covered by our insurance policy with International Passenger Protection Limited. Cover that is approved by the UK Department of Trade and Industry as meeting the requirements of the relevant industry legislation.

Shortly after making your booking, you will automatically receive a certificate similar to the sample version shown on this page. As a result, in the event that something goes wrong on our side, the following will kick into action:

• You'll get a refund of any deposits/advance payments for a holiday that you haven't yet taken.

• If you're on holiday with us when things go wrong, you'll be covered for the additional costs of either continuing your holiday as originally booked, or for getting you and your party back to the UK.

Best of all, this protection comes at no extra cost to you! So you really can book your holiday safe in the knowledge that you're protected in the event that the unthinkable happens.
