An Ode to Vaujany...

We've had lots of lovely guests come to stay with us during the winter 2006/07 season, and we are currently building an online guestbook to record all the great memories we would like to share with our guests - both past and present.

However, we wanted to bring you this poem written by a very talented young lady who came to stay with us in Easter 2007. Her name is Eleanor Gray and she is just 9 years old. She wrote this poem all by herself and we are very proud to have had Eleanor and her sister Joanna stay with us and make it such a special week.

The Vaujany Poem by Eleanor Gray, Aged 9

Have you ever been to Vaujany?
It's a great little place to run around and play!

Skiing up and down, Vaujany is an amazing town!
The Lodge is great - for watching DVDs and staying up late!

I love being in Vaujany,
So hey, come and join us on this boss holiday!

It's the best you've had - don't worry it won't be bad!
So remember to come and stay with Kick Ski in Vaujany!

In the Lodge that I stayed in, there was Darren and Andy,
who cooked all the food!
And whenever I saw them, I would shout out "Yo dude!"

So come and visit little Vaujany -
And live life our way!

A sculptor -
as well as a poet!!

Not forgetting Joanna,
of course!!
