Our Staff We know your week in the mountains is precious. That's why we only hire people whose professionalism and willingness to help outshines their other qualities. The members of our team have many different skills, but they share a commitment to making your holiday the best it can be. When we recruit, we look for people who are mature with a friendly and professional attitude to their work. People who will go the extra mile for our guests. All our staff have one day off a week, usually on a Wednesday. On the staff day off, you will be provided with a self-service breakfast, and we can help you to book a table to eat out in the evening. Our team is made up of: Lodge Manager Who makes sure our high standards of customer care are maintained. The lodge manager is there to sort out any difficulties, to run the ski hosting service as well as booking après ski and restaurants for guests. Lodge Hosts Look after guests and the Lodge, cleaning apartments and making beds. Hosts also lead ski hosting tours under the direction of the Lodge Manager. Our hosts are your day-to-day contact with Kick Ski. Chef We think food is so important that we recruit a dedicated and experienced chef to cook for you. He/she will prepare superb restaurant-standard meals and create dishes for guests with special dietary requirements. Click here if you are interested in working for us. |
