A truly family-friendly resort

Excellent childcare facilities and child-friendly activities abound in Vaujany.

The village has an award-winning crèche that cares for infants and children aged six months up to six years. Activities provided include outdoor play, walks, visits and handicrafts. It offers plenty of toys and games, and even a ball park! There is also a sleep room (as altitude can be tiring for small people too).

You should note in particular the need to provide evidence that your child is up to date with his/her jabs by producing their red book. Without this, the crèche are unable to admit your child. Please see the crèche sheet for further details.

For all children - irrespective of whether or not they have attended the crèche in Vaujany before - attendance for the first day of care is for a half day only. This is to allow your child more time to adjust to the new surroundings and to see whether he/she settles into their new routine. 

We're very sorry, but the crèche are unable to make exceptions to this rule, and Kick Ski are not able to provide baby-sitting facilities. Please do therefore take this into account when making your booking.

The village's modern leisure centre has a children's paddling pool, waterfall and even water-slides for the very brave!

There is also an outdoor ice-skating rink open most evenings between 4.00 and 7.00 pm. A small charge is made for skate hire.

All children staying in Kick Ski accommodation can be provided with an early evening meal at 5:30pm. Cots, high-chairs and baby-listeners can also be provided on request.
