Kick Ski Resort Manager The Resort Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of in-resort operations and for ensuring that Kick Ski's high standards of customer service are maintained. He/she acts as the primary point of contact for any guest issues that may arise and is responsible for ensuring that any problems are sorted out quickly and efficiently. He/she will also be required to represent the company on transfer days and will take responsibility for the day-to-day line management of in-resort staff. The Resort Manager will also be responsible for coordinating, and when required, providing the ski hosting service that is offered to guests for the first three days of their stay. It is therefore essential that you are already able to ski and/or snowboard red runs confidently. It is a requirement of this job that you speak and write French to a good standard. For example, you should be confident when speaking French over the telephone and be able to deal with situations in French such as:
This job will require some driving and you will therefore need a full UK driving licence. Ideally, you will have done similar work before, although a mature and balanced outlook is as important as direct previous experience.
